Down the Rabbit Hole
One day while walking to class, I found a lichen growing inside a tiny hole in a wall, no bigger than 3” in all directions. I couldn’t stop thinking about it, and returned with my camera the following day. That photo became the basis for this large oil painting, which measures 6’ x 6’.
